  Machining carried out using a series of eccentric and hydraulic presses.

• SURFACE TREATMENTS
  For surface treatments such as brushing-cleaning-painting with powder-chrome finish-galvanisation-anodisation, we rely on external contractors that we have selected for their quality and reliability.

• ROLLER LEVELLING
  Machining carried out using variable radius rollers for round / oval / elliptical / square / rectangular section pipes.

• ASSEMBLY
  We have fitted out a department for assembly and packaging of finished products, such as armchairs for lounges, metal display stands, and other parts and equipment.

• DRILLING - THREADING
  Machining carried out with column drilling machines and multi-head tapping machines.

• UPHOLSTERY
  For customers who require finished armchairs, we rely on talented external upholsterers.

• BENDING
  Machining carried out using CNC pipe-bending machines for round / oval / elliptical / square / rectangular section pipes. We have fixed radius and variable radius pipe-bending machines. The machining system has the latest technology so that it is possible to produce a wide range of parts with multiple curves and give the final product a high-precision finish.
